OLZA PRO z. s. was founded in December 2021. Even before its official registration, its members were already operating as an informal group without institutional ties. The group was established to protect and promote information about places forgotten and also historically important for the Polish national minority in the Czech Republic. Among other things, we deal with the documentation of disappearing Polish traces in the Silesia region and the entire border area. The aim of the association is to actively preserve the material and spiritual heritage of our ancestors. The society is open to accepting new members with similar interests and to establish cooperation with other societies in the Czech Republic, Poland and other countries.
