We are a public benefit organization that has been supporting women's economic independence since 2010. We lead a year-round campaign for equal pay. We are part of BPW International, a global organization that operates in more than 100 countries. As part of our advocacy activities, we highlight the importance of changing corporate culture to reflect the needs of all without discrimination. Together, we work to change the paradigm and perspectives for improving the status of women at work and in society.
