Thank you for wanting to help the war refugees from Ukraine! Since the beginning of the war, Young Caritas has been helping newcomers from Ukraine to adapt to new conditions and integrate into society. For schoolchildren, we have a clubhouse open from Monday to Friday, where we do homework together, create and learn about Czech realities. We organize Czech language courses for children and adults; Ukrainian dentists who already work in domestic organizations also learn Czech with us. We organize trips for Ukrainian children with Czech peers around Prague. Our professional team consists of educators, social workers, and expert lecturers. The Young Caritas center is an open and safe space where everyone can participate and develop. Help us continue in 2023.
"Thank you very much for a pleasant meeting, good food, and an amazing group. Finding like-minded people, especially in another country, is priceless," Tetjana said after the Christmas meeting at the Young Caritas Center.
"We would like to thank you very much for the care and attention that you give to our children," Světlana expressed her gratitude for the organization of the program for children.
"We would like to thank you very much for taking care of our children. You are creating the best memories of the Czech Republic for them," Halina expressed her gratitude for the organization of the summer camp.
"After the first day at the camp, my child told me: 'Mom, thank you for sending me to the camp!' For me, there is no better evaluation," a thank-you note from a Ukrainian mother for organizing the summer camp.
