We believe educators and schools are the makers of society.
The We’ve Got What It Takes portal consolidates inspiring examples about education and inclusion both from the Czech Republic and abroad, as well as examples of methodologies, courses, training and other resources for teachers and those active in the education sector.

- The more we support teachers in creating the most inclusive, stimulating school environments possible, the more tolerant society will be overall.
- The more pupils and students are seen as individuals, encouraged to find and strengthen their individual potential, and encouraged to be guided by values in their actions, the more successful they will be - and, by extension, the more cohesive and successful society will be.
- The more school environments encourage cooperation among pupils and students, teachers, and the school community, the better those pupils and students will be able to cooperate and co-create with others later in life.
- Moving from a model of competition against one another to competing against one’s own previous best performance increases self-confidence, motivation, personal responsibility and success.
Our goal is to have a maximum amount of the Czech-language educational inclusion resources accessible in one place, to raise awareness about what is available, and to improve the connections and networks among these individuals and organizations who otherwise are likely unaware of each other.
The macro goal is a better-networked, better-supported, active, inspired community of teachers, principals and parents who support one another and help to solidify a positive stance toward inclusive school environments as both a goal and a norm in the Czech Republic.
