By the same token, terminal illness of a family member can disrupt its life and turn it upside down. In such case, the family is often sorely in need of professional help.
Help the frailest with us and add a symbolic Christmas decoration to our shared Christmas tree, to help at least partially alleviate the worries and the pain of leaving. It can be an insignificant amount for you. For families that provide care to their terminally ill loved ones, it represents help in making the difficult situation easier for them.
Choose your Christmas decoration and help the frailest people and their families along with us. We would like to increase Cushman & Wakefield’s initial contribution of CZK 25,000 to CZK 50,000 with your help.
What will your help mean for families receiving assistance from Cesta domů?
CZK 260 – 2 hours of direct service and care for a client of the in-patient care service
CZK 500 – medication for one hospice patient for two days
CZK 800 – 6 hours of direct service and care for a client of the in-patient care service
CZK 1,200 – delivery, removal and dismantling of an adjustable bed for one client at home
CZK 2,000 – visit to one mobile hospice patient (healthcare professionals, fuel, etc.)
CZK 5,000 – healthcare costs for one patient for two days

Každému, kdo se na nás obrátí, poskytneme informace potřebné k péči o nevyléčitelně nemocného. Na území hl. m. Prahy provozujeme už 20 let domácí hospic. Našim pacientům poskytujeme zdravotní služby 24 hodin denně 7 dní v týdnu a jejich blízkým podporu v každodenní péči. Umožňujeme, aby člověk v posledních dnech a týdnech života mohl dožít důstojně, mít čas na své nejbližší, na rozloučení a mohl být doma, v prostředí, které má rád.
