Vojta for Roof First
Give homeless people a roof over their heads. All of your donations go towards housing.
The very first days of life on the streets have a devastating effect on an individual's personality. At first, the roof lends a helping hand to people who have lost their housing. It allows them to get up to two months of free accommodation in hostels or shelters. New facilities and support from professionals will allow them to breathe again and help them find housing, deal with missing documents, social benefits and find employment.
With the collection we want to raise CZK 432,000, this will not only enable us to accommodate 60 homeless people during the coming winter, but also to help them get off the streets completely.

"A person on the street without resources is always wounded in some way, from a social point of view even wounded severely. It's amazing how many cases a relatively small amount of help is enough to prevent them from falling into permanent homelessness, but to get back on their feet and walk away on their own."
First Roof helps those who:
- ve just found themselves on the streets or are making a more consistent effort to get off the streets,
- are in an acute situation and their continued stay on the street would be life-threatening,
- are living in a facility with the support of a social worker, but their continued stay in the facility is seriously threatened.
